Saved assessments
Every assessment saves the risk description, the method and the actions and controls that applied at the time.
Gather the risks in your organisation and at your suppliers in one register. Give every action an owner and an end date, and get reminders before anything is left waiting. Every assessment is saved, so you can always show what you knew and decided.
The same steps apply to risks in your own organisation and at suppliers. Every step is saved, so you can show the whole path afterwards.
Divide the work into risk areas and add what the risks affect, such as your processes. Start from a ready-made template or decide your own way of assessing risk.
Write what could happen, why, and what it would lead to. Appoint a risk owner and link the risk to your operations, to a supplier or to both.
Fill in the assessment. It is saved together with the method and the evidence that applied at that moment. Missing evidence is marked as unknown, never as low risk.
A reviewer approves the assessment or sends it back. Whoever holds the mandate can accept the risk until a set date and records why.
Every action gets an owner and an end date, and a different person confirms that it is done. Routines that must work all the time, such as a fallback routine, are followed up at set intervals.
A list shows what is overdue. Once the actions are done, you assess the risk again and see whether it has gone down. The earlier assessment stays, so you can compare.
Follow a risk in the risk matrix: it is assessed, acted on, decided and followed up. Each new assessment moves the risk, and the earlier ones stay. Scroll through the steps, or click one.
A completed assessment and a method that has taken effect are kept unchanged. So you can always show exactly what applied and why.
Every assessment saves the risk description, the method and the actions and controls that applied at the time.
Methods that have taken effect, earlier assessments and the record of what has been done can be neither changed nor deleted.
A report for management, a report per assessment and decision, and export to a spreadsheet. If you produce an older report again, it contains the same information as when it was created.
Risk management can be connected to other systems in your organisation. You decide whether a connection may only fetch information or also add new information.
During onboarding, Solvere helps you set up the way you work. After that you make changes yourselves, directly in the platform.
Decide what is assessed, which levels exist and which colour each result gets. Assess likelihood and consequence, or consequence alone.
Your own questions, sections and work steps. You decide who does what in each step and which evidence is required.
Starter templates from Solvere that you adapt to your organisation. Choose a package for a topic or a profile for your industry.
When a template gets a new version, you see what has changed. If you have made your own changes, you choose whether to keep them. Your risks and files are never affected.
Risk Score checks suppliers automatically against sanctions lists, company registers and other external sources. Risk management is your own risk work, with your own assessments. You can choose one, the other or both.
| Compared | Risk management | Risk Score |
|---|---|---|
| Helps you | Find, assess and follow up risks in your organisation and at your suppliers | See quickly how risky a supplier is according to external sources |
| Based on | What you know yourselves: risks, operations, assessments, decisions and documents | Sanctions lists, company registers, the risk in the supplier's country, adverse media, weaknesses in the supplier's IT security and the answers in your supplier assessments |
| Score | You decide the scale; each assessment method has its own levels | A score from 0 to 100, combined from six factors; a hit on a sanctions list always makes the level Critical |
| Done automatically | Reminders before deadlines; if something is left waiting, the reminder goes on to the people you have chosen | A new check every night and a list where you decide on hits |
| Price | Module of its own, 7,000 SEK/month; included in Complete and switched on when it is ready | Module of its own, 4,000 SEK/month; included in Vendor Risk and Complete |
Do you also have Risk Score or Vendor assessment (questionnaires to suppliers)? Then you can link, for example, an approved assessment or a confirmed hit on a sanctions list to a risk as dated evidence. The risk assessment itself is always done with your own method. Read about Risk Score
Book a demo. We show you the module and go through how you work with risks today. During onboarding, Solvere helps you set up risk areas, methods and forms.
Bring the spreadsheet to the demo. At the start, Solvere helps you set up risk areas and an assessment method similar to the one you already use, so your way of working feels familiar. The register can be exported to a spreadsheet at any time.
No, Risk management works entirely on its own. If you have Risk Score, a confirmed hit on a sanctions list, for example, can be linked to a risk as dated evidence. You assess the risk with your own method.
Yes. You can give a supplier a task that it carries out in the vendor portal. The supplier sees only its own tasks, not your register. Supplier accounts do not count as seats.
It stays. New assessments use the new method, and earlier assessments, decisions and reports stay as they were.
A demo takes 30 minutes. We show how a risk goes from assessment to decision, action and follow-up, and work out a price that fits you.
