The core platform is in every licence
Vendor portal where you and your suppliers share files and messages · Identity and Access, which controls who can see and do what · Tasks, one list of what is waiting for each person or group · Finance, which tracks time and cost with budget, actual cost and forecast · Sign-in with your usual Microsoft accounts (Entra ID) · Audit log showing who did what, in plain words · 25 seats per module.
Choose a bundle
Bundle prices include the core platform. You always get the cheapest way to cover your choice: the modules one by one, a bundle, or two bundles that do not overlap. The core platform is paid only once, and when Complete costs no more than your choice, all eight modules are included.
Choose modules on top of the core platform
In Risk management you assess risks yourselves with your own methods. Risk Score checks suppliers automatically against external sources. Read about Risk management · Read about Risk Score
Number of seats per module
The tier is set by the module that counts the most, and the percentage applies to the whole licence.
The core platform and Branding count no seats, so 25 seats apply. Choose a module that counts seats to change the tier.
Where the platform runs
Choose the option that fits your security rules for how outsiders may access your systems. The price updates at once.
Service level
You choose the service level when the contract is written, and that is also where it is decided whether the defence uplift applies. Here you see what it costs.
Contract term
How many seats do you need?
25 seats are included in every module. If a module needs more, you choose 100 or 250 seats per module, and the licence then costs a quarter or a half more.
| Module | One seat is |
|---|---|
| Vendor assessment, Signatures, Risk Score | An active organisation, for example a supplier. |
| Cyber risk – Basic and Advanced | An internet address you monitor, such as example.com or an IP address. The supplier itself does not count. |
| Contracts and licences | A contract that you monitor, where the platform keeps track of dates, renewal and notice. Contracts you do not monitor do not count. |
| Risk management | A staff member who works in Risk management. Supplier accounts in the portal do not count. |
| Branding | Counts no seats, but is part of the licence the percentage is calculated on. |
If you set an organisation to inactive, it counts in no module, and neither do its domains. Nothing is deleted.
10 active organisations with two domains each and 40 monitored contracts:
- Vendor assessment 10
- Risk Score 10
- Cyber risk 20
- Contracts and licences 40
Contracts and licences needs the most, 40 seats. That is more than the 25 included, so the 100 tier is needed. It covers every module.
With Complete, 100 seats cost 8,100 SEK/month extra, a quarter of 32,350 SEK rounded to the nearest hundred, and 250 seats 16,200 SEK/month extra. Above 250 you get a price on quote.
A one-time start fee
You pay it once, at the first purchase. If you add modules later, there is no new fee. With the defence uplift it is 50% higher.
- 45,000 SEKBase fee
- Paid once for the core platform, whichever modules you choose.
- 20,000 SEKPer module
- For every module in the licence, including those a bundle adds without you choosing them. Procurement with three modules comes to 105,000 SEK with the base fee.
- 150,000 SEKAt most
- The base fee and the modules together cost at most 150,000 SEK. Complete with all eight modules therefore costs 150,000 SEK.
- 10,000–45,000 SEKYour environment
- Only when the platform runs in your environment, and on top of the cap: 10,000 SEK when you run it, 20,000 SEK when we run it remotely, 35,000 SEK via your remote desktop and 45,000 SEK via screen sharing.
How much help do you want?
Standard is included. Application support and Managed cost a percentage of licence and seats together and are agreed in the contract. Onboarding is not included in the calculation.
Standard
New versions and documentation are included, and you use the platform on your own.
Application support
Your IT staff can send questions and fault reports to us and get answers during office hours. Users go to your own IT support first.
Managed
We do the work for you: we send out assessments, follow up and prepare the material for your decisions, wherever the platform runs. The scope is set in the contract.
Defence and equivalent security requirements
For defence and organisations with equivalent security requirements. A contract condition: Application support then costs 30%, Managed 120% and onboarding 50% more.
A lower price with a longer contract
A longer contract gives a discount on the whole monthly price, including service and operation in your environment, but not on onboarding. Anything you add during the contract follows the same end date. If you want to scale down, you can do so when the contract ends.
The platform in your own environment
On requestBy default we run the platform for you in Solvere's cloud in Sweden. If you would rather have it on your own servers or in your own cloud, that is possible too, on request. The software is the same; what differs is who looks after it.
| Who runs it | Uplift | Onboarding |
|---|---|---|
| You | +10% | 10,000 SEK |
| We, remotely | +15% | 20,000 SEK |
| We, via your remote desktop | +25% | 35,000 SEK |
| We and you together, via screen sharing | +30% | 45,000 SEK |
The uplift is calculated on licence, seats and service level together. Its onboarding fee comes on top of the 150,000 SEK cap.
Answers to common questions about price and contracts
What is included in the core platform?
The core platform is in every licence. It includes the vendor portal with file sharing and messages, Identity and Access, sign-in with your Microsoft accounts, the audit log, transfer of suppliers from your business system, Tasks and Finance. Tasks gathers what is waiting for each person or group in one list: tasks you create yourselves and forwarded messages. With Signatures, signings also appear there, and with Contracts and licences, contract replies. Finance shows time and cost for different types of tasks, with budget, actual cost and forecast.
Can we try a module before adding it?
Yes. Solvere can switch a module on as a trial in your installation for an agreed period, so you see it with your own data before it is added to the licence. We are happy to show the whole platform in a demo.
Can we add modules or capacity in the middle of a contract?
Yes. What you add runs until your current end date, and you pay the difference for the remaining time. No new onboarding fee is charged.
Can we reduce modules or capacity?
Yes, at the end of the contract period. Nothing is deleted when the licence changes, and you decide which organisations to set to inactive.
What counts as a seat?
It depends on the module. In Vendor assessment, Signatures and Risk Score an active organisation is one seat. In Cyber risk it is every domain or IP address you monitor, in Contracts and licences every contract you monitor, and in Risk management every staff member who works in the module. The tier is set by the module that counts the most: with 100 seats every module gets up to 100, and the licence costs a quarter more. Inactive organisations do not count.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
Without VAT. All amounts on this page are list prices in Swedish kronor. Prices are shown per month, the annual price is always twelve times the monthly price, and it is billed annually in advance.
What is the binding price?
The one in the quote and the contract. The configurator is based on the list prices and gives guidance, and the quote sets the price, the service level and any defence uplift.
